RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Return credits will be issued after receipt of items and after they have been inspected.
- All returns & exchange orders must be notified within 5 days upon receiving the original order
- Returns must be in original condition with all original packaging.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURN SHIPPING?Customer is responsible for any fees associated with returns. Please note that original shipping and handling are non-refundable. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our store, so please make sure items are packed up properly to prevent any damages on the way.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
- Loss or damage of merchandise while in customer`s possession (Does not apply to removing the packing seals to check contents).
- Merchandise appears to be worn, used, or otherwise in non-sale able condition.
- Time since the sale is beyond the Customer`s return period. *Please refer to customer return policy.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?To return your item(s) for exchange/refund, follow the steps below:
- Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please include “Wholesale order return request” in the subject line.
- We will confirm your exchange/return by email within 2-3 business days. Once received, please print the email and send it along with the original invoice and the goods you wish to return. Returns received without these will not be processed.
- Once your return has been processed, you will be notified by email and issued an exchange or refund.
